Having built and owned businesses since I was 19, the last one being an award winning Home Care service, recognised by the CQC regulator as Outstanding, it’s fair to say that I (Founder of Oak Tree Coaching) have ridden the ‘rollercoaster’ of business, experiencing all sorts of personal ups-and-downs along the way.
Tackling various obstacles throughout my illustrious career, I have sought a change in direction of my own and as such, Oak Tree Coaching was formed. Subsequently, I now inspire other Home Care business owners and RM's to overcome business challenges, banish what's holding them back and build a business that works for them.
Personal growth is important to me; I hold a degree in Social Work and have have an ILM Level 5 qualification in Effective Coaching and Mentoring, and EMCC (European Mentoring Coaching Council) accreditation – providing complete reassurance that you’re in the safe hands of someone who takes incredible pride in what they do.
